2008 Road Racing!

NWCCC Schedule (click on events)

PSU had a great first collegiate race weekend to kick off the 2008 season. The team rode away with wins in the women's A criterium (Anita Dilles) and Women's B crit (Jennifer Withers). Jesse Homan took 2nd in the C-men crit and Anita took 2nd in the road race as well, which was good enough to put her in the conference leaders jersey for this coming weekend in Bellingham/Seattle.

PSU is currently sitting in 4th place in the Team Omnium with very tight competition from several other teams. Check the NWCCC Website (click on results) for the most recent standings in what is looking to be an exciting season!

Collegiate Cyclocross Nationals

Dec. 16 - Tyler Green did a great job representing Portland State University at a snowy cross nationals in Kansas. On a treacherous course that saw riders lose 3 laps to the eventual winner, Tyler managed to stay on the lead lap and finish an impressive 41st out of 110 starters.

Photos of Tyler are here, here and here.

And the Results.
